Dear Sean
When I looked for Joomla! training it came after going through a number of different good and bad opinions about what Joomla! is. I decided to learn Joomla! finally as a easy way out of the stress of web development through programming html code. Now that I have done the training with you, I feel like a door has opened to an enormous banquet hall of opportunities that look as exciting as they are to use and delivering that satisfaction to clients looking for a good working site is achievable.
I went to bed feeling like I'd been given too much information to deal with practically, but decided I'd sleep on it and see what I could do in the morning. When I woke up and ran through what you had taught me, and went back to mapping the path to starting a site to see if I would be able to do it. I felt a wash of excitement then, because it makes sense, it's so clever and innovative. I could have grown old trying to learn how to build Ferraris and died an old lady never having the chance to drive any vehicle, or gone anywhere for that stubborn a goal. Now I can drive customised ferarris, Porches...any thing I want, customised and working perfectly! My future is brighter - I can deliver what I want to deliver, with support and a quality finish.
Thank you!!! You're a great teacher, you packed so much valuable information and described Joomla's value without being intimidated by the potential I had to get overwhelmed, giving me the ropes to cross scary gaps that might have lost me.
Regards Viv Brown - future site developer extrodinaire! aDiNc [Trained in Midrand, Johannesburg on 5 March 2010]
